1. Sign up online
Got an email address and a smartphone? Great, now tell us a bit more about yourself and we'll get you started.
2. Upload your documents
Time for some paperwork. There are some of the documents we need to see:
Commercial Driving License
Judicial Record
Lebanese ID (if you own the car) or Vehicle Permit (if you rent the car)
Provide a driver profile photo
Must be a forward-facing, centered photo including the driver’s full face and top of shoulders, with no sunglasses
Must be a photo only of the driver with no other subject in the frame, well-lit, and in focus. It cannot be a driver’s license photo or other printed photograph
3. Get a vehicle
Make sure that your vehicle is in excellent working and physical condition, so that it meets our standards in Beirut.
4. Activate your account
If you've completed all the above steps, congratulations! Visit the green light, attend the training, inspect your vehicle, and activate your account to start making money!
BECOME A DRIVER
Flexible order acceptance
Drivers can accept both instant orders and preorders. With Back-to-back feature, they can accept a new order while still completing the previous one.
Helpful visualizations
Drivers can view a heat map that shows traffic and other drivers on the map. The heat map makes it easier for drivers to track conditions in their working area.
Secure communication with customers
In-app chat allows to text customers without disclosing the driver’s phone number. If the company manager permits, the driver can also see customer ratings for improved safety and security.
Personalized settings for drivers
Each driver can define their preferred working radius, the service(s) they’d like to offer (Economy, Luxury, airport shuttle, etc.), and the navigation map they’d like to use (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, etc.)
App design that doesn’t distract the driver
Large fonts, large buttons, color contrasts, and the possibility to switch to the Dark mode all ensure the safety of accepting orders in poor visibility. The Floating button allows accepting orders even from the lock screen when the app is closed or hidden.
